📝 Ingredients (2 cups)

  • 2 cups full cream milk

  • ½ cup water

  • 2 tsp tea leaves (strong Assam tea works best)

  • 2–3 tsp sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 2–3 green cardamoms (lightly crushed)

  • 1 small piece of cinnamon (optional)

  • 2 tsp fresh cream (malai) or condensed milk – for extra creaminess

  1. Boil water in a saucepan. Add crushed cardamom (and cinnamon if using).
